I'm tooyoung to look this old!?

I turned 28 and my skin and hair are rebelling! All of a sudden I have wrinkles under my eyes and large pores and an occasional breakout! My pride and joy is rather was my hair and its breaking and easily knotted up! I don%26#039;t know what to do! I have always taken good care of myself - or so I thought. Is there anything I can do or is it time to give up and let go of my looks? My fiance says I am still hot, but he kinda has to.

Hey a good eye cream helps with the wrinkles and as for the hair maybe a treatment 1-2 times a week help also dont use the same shampoo for too long try changing it every 4-6 months. hope that helps...
Reply:It%26#039;s all in the %26#039;genes%26#039;..nothing much you can do..maybe you will then look younger when you turn 40.
Reply:The fact that your hair is breaking sounds as if you may have some sort of a vitamin deficiency and sounds, also, as if you haven%26#039;t been looking after your skin. At 28 you should be Prime - you would be wise to see a dermatologist.
Reply:This is normal, just a stage.

But anyway what you need do is slow down.

Have your hair as natural as possible, no blow drying ,straightening, curling, moosing. And also not too much combing, it all wears it out.

For your skin, find a good DAILY face wash, make sure it is gentle so that your skin doesn%26#039;t dry out.

Dont wear too much makeup, at least not on days that you dont go out.
Reply:For your skin, if you%26#039;re not doing it already, have regular facials. The rest of the time cleanse, tone and moisturise every day and use a facial scrub once every week or two.

I use glycerin on my face when I%26#039;m going to bed. Just normal, medical glycerin which will cost as little as $4 or $5 at most pharmacies. It is often used for very dry skin and is usually found in most (if not all) moisturisers. Wrinkles can be caused by dry skin and sometimes, even if you don%26#039;t feel as though your skin is dry, it can be drier than it should be. Glycerin is too sticky to use in the daytime, but before bed it%26#039;ll be OK and will sink into your skin overnight.

I didn%26#039;t use moisturiser until I was around 25/26, but after that it became essential, so I think that if you%26#039;re just starting to get wrinkles now, it could be time to look at using it regularly or changing to a better one if you%26#039;re already using it and it isn%26#039;t working well. Try and get one with a SPF of 15-20 too as sun can cause wrinkles and any added sun protection is great.

If you%26#039;re having hair problems you could try changing your shampoo and conditioner and if you%26#039;re looking for something completely different, google %26#039;no poo%26#039; - tells you all about how to manage your hair without putting lots of chemicals (like those found in shampoo) on it.

Apple cider vinegar is good to use as a final rinse for hair too - it doesn%26#039;t feel so great when you%26#039;re in the shower, but once you rinse it off and dry your hair, it leaves it very shiny and silky.

The other thing I can think of is going and getting a good haircut in case it is split ends causing the problem.

Hope this helps
Reply:r u pregnant?
Reply:Do u smoke? i am 32 and stopped smoking 1 ago, my skin really became younger. Another good thing is facial mask, really helps. Don%26#039;t eat before night and don%26#039;t drink beer. it helps.
